Short biography
Clara is a PhD candidate at the University of Amsterdam, working within the Climate Change and Fossil Fuels (CLIFF) research project, led by Prof. Joyeeta Gupta. Her PhD research focuses on the role of large investors, in particular pension funds, in climate change mitigation and phasing out fossil fuels. She has an MSc in International Development Studies from the University of Amsterdam and a BA in Latin American Studies and Spanish Literature from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
